At Your Nutrition, our Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) are experienced working with clients of diverse nutrition requirements and health goals. We use evidence-based nutrition therapy to inform our practice and adopts a client-centered approach.
We offer both in-person and online services. Our in-person clinic is located in Newport, VIC. Alternatively we can provide consultations via phone or video call.
We develop a tailored management program / plan for our clients where we can ensure that their nutritional requirements are modified as needed to fit into their lifestyle and family needs. We value strong communication and work collaboratively with your healthcare team, family and supports to ensure you can achieve your goals.
